ChocoMotive is an artisan chocolate factory that sells to the general public, specialty
boutiques, pastry shops and restaurants. It uses only certified organic and fair-trade
chocolate, sugar and cocoa. ChocoMotive has consolidated its operations even more
firmly in Montebello, with the opening of the Outaouais’ first ecomuseum. Also a bistro
is open to the public, where we offer prepared foods made with local products. It is

Ferme Brylee is a 4th-generation family farm, producing grass-fed beef and
lamb. Since 2009, we also offer a “table champêtre” [country-style meal],
highlighting our own beef and other terroir products, served in our ancestral barn
that has been modified into a dining hall. You will not be disappointed! You can
also buy our products at our farm kiosk. This year, Ferme Brylee is celebrating its
